Shipping / Returns

Our products are shipped using the following carrier: USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. (In some cases, shipping may be slowed due to demand). If you need your product quickly please contact us via EMAIL, and we will make arrangements to expedite your product at no additional cost. You will receive an email when your product has shipped with the corresponding tracking number. California residents only will be charged sales tax. Please contact us for shipping outside the US.
Our return policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, request a refund, or exchange please fill out the return/exchange form.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out the return/exchange form on the right. Send back item to: Stroller Spotter, P.O. Box 4726, West Hills, California. 91308.
If item is defective or damaged, we will pay for standard USPS shipping to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items for any other reason.
